Next stop: The Hugheys

We had a missionary family from Africa, The Shafes, use our house as a 'respite'. They were on a much needed break from Africa, and came to spend a week with us in July. It was such a joy to spend time with them, as we had met in language school. I'm not sure who got the better end of the deal (but I'm sure it was us). The kids had so much fun... and the adults, too! :>)

Tea with friends

We were invited to our friends for tea. We had dinner together chez nous (at our house) then to theirs for dessert. Isabelle is the young woman with thick, black hair. She wants to believe in Jesus but is afraid to give up her heart to HIM. Please pray for her. She has an 11 year old daughter, Mathilde (Matilda).
